Allie Clifton
Allie Clifton has been with Spectrum Sports Net for five seasons. She's an Los Angeles Lakers reporter. Allie Clifton has been awarded an Emmy as a sportscaster with more than ten years' background in sideline journalism and sports journalistic work. Additionally, she has been a competitive player for more than 10 seasons. Prior to being hired by Spectrum Sports Net, Allie worked as a sideline reporter of FOX Sports Ohio's Cleveland Cavaliers telecasts, sideline reporter for the Toledo Mud Hens (Triple-A affiliate of the Detroit Tigers), sports reporter on 13 ABC Action News (WTVG) and color analyst as well as sideline reporter for high-school and collegiate basketball, volleyball and track & field on track & field and volleyball on Buckeye Cable Sports Network (BCSN). Clifton an Ohio native, graduated with Bachelor's and Master's degrees from The University of Toledo in Sport Analysis and Communication as well as the Liberal Studies. The basketball star's success continued at UT after a successful high school experience, which included captaining her school's first-ever league championship team. She was captain three times and was a letter-winner over several years. Her efforts helped winning the Mid-American Conference West Division in 2010. Clifton is also an experienced player at The Q. Clifton was a player at The Q during The MAC Tournament when she was attending Toledo.
