Allison Pregler Bio

Allison Pregler reviews Z-grade films, usually horror and martial arts. She is similar to The Cinema Snob in that she likes action-oriented films that are dumb. She began her reviews in the latter half of 2009, and after she gained some fame (under her old name, Obscurus-Lupa) Allison Pregler subsequently became part of the family at Channel Awesome. The website remained online until the early days of the year 2015 when Obscurus Lupa Presents changed its name to Movie Nights. She hosts two podcasts on the channel, both of which cover the Charmed series and are co-hosted by Phelous. After a controversial departure from Channel Awesome Allison officially announced on January 20th 2015 that she'd be revamping OLP into an impromptu review show called Movie Nights with an appropriately-shlocky elevator jazz theme. See her videos on YouTube and Vimeo. Additionally, she is available on Tumblr as well as Twitter. Are you bored of Allison? Ninja the Mission Force shows her in action in the role of Interpol Ninja Cheetah. Also, she was in Brad Jones' movie Jesus Bro! She's appeared in Brad Jones' show Midnight Screenings, usually reviewing horrible children's movies as well as RiffTrax Live Shows, as well as occasional adult comedies (such as Baywatch 2017, 2017). She started reviewing movies late in 2009. When she gained acclaim on Channel Awesome forums, she was asked to join the reviewer group. She's been featured in numerous Channel Awesome series, from Atop the Fourth Wall through Phelous & the Movies. She has appeared in numerous shows on Nostalgia Critic and was a one of the original members of the family that Channel Awesome had together with Doug Walker.
